My husband and I are very happy with our new windows! I’ll be honest, I was a bit hesitant to meet with First Choice due to lack of reviews and since the business appeared to be newer. However, after our first meeting to discuss the windows and a quote was provided, a lot of the skepticism went away. Our concerns were even addressed by the owner Jonathan, by a personal phone call. We could tell both the salesman, Ruston, as well as the owner were genuine. That meant a lot after many other companies came out to meet and provide quotes. First Choice was able to provide a reasonable, affordable option for better quality windows. They were less costly than so many window companies but able to provide the benefits in windows we were looking for in a great quality. Changing over from aluminum windows to vinyl windows, we had concerns about some of the changes in thickness, but the team did a great job and properly installing without them impacting the look, inside or out. They look so much better than before and we love the different options in grid choices! The install team worked well as a team and did a phenomenal job, cleaning up well before they left. We are incredibly thankful we decided to use First Choice and definitely will recommend them to anyone and everyone!
